Who is it for? MicroBarbering™ is for both men and women. It can thicken the look of your existing hair or fill in a buzzed look.

Is it painful? It is a 2 out of 10 on the pain scale. SMP is performed with a gentle touch, only penetrating the top upper dermis of the skin, unlike regular tattoos which go 5-7 sub layers deep.  

How many sessions does it take? It takes 3 sessions 7-10 days apart to complete. Each session takes approx 1-2 hours. 

How long does it last? After 4-5 years it is recommended to get a quick 'peppering' service to refresh the look. Touch ups usually cost approximately $500. However any touch ups needed are free within the first year. 

How much does it cost? You can expect approx. $1500 - $2000 for a completed MicroBarbering™ treatment. Free consultations are available for an accurate quote, depending on size of area, and the experience of the MicroBarber™.

What color is the ink? All MicroBarber™ inks are naturally derived, true black and carbon based. We dilute the tone on a grey scale depending on the individuals skin tone, hair color and desired effect. We use a touch of brown pigment also to create the most soft, natural and realistic tones that do not change color over time. MicroBarbering™ works on all hair colors, including blonde and grey!
